We were stunned–pleasantly surprised is an understatement–when you set the asking price so much higher than we were expecting. And we know from other sources the incredulity from other agents that you could pull it off. But you did and, in so doing, set the bar for other properties in our neighbourhood. You have an awesome team. You pushed us to work with them but they were exceptionally professional too. And more importantly, you guided us through a challenging negotiation and, as tempted as I was to dictate the pace, I put my faith in you and your experience proved invaluable; the outcome was exactly as you predicted. It couldn't have worked out better. You know your business. It's one thing to set an ambitious price in this crazy market and let the chips fall where they may. Our experience with Move Up Realty was superb! As first time home buyers we were unsure, nervous and excited about finding our home. Slava made it a fun and exciting process. My wife and I really wanted to buy a house in Toronto, but we both had no idea where to start. We sat down with Alex Levi and talked through all of our options, discussed what would be within our budget, and started looking at potential houses. We found our dream house in an area we loved, and were thankful for his experience and expertise in helping us find it.

However, that was not when we really needed him.

We really needed Alex when, on the day of the move, the old owners almost went bankrupt and attempted to cancel the move. With all of our stuff in boxes and our apartment lease about to expire, my wife and I were freaking out. Alex called us immediately, scheduled an emergency meeting, and laid out all of our possible options. He told us that "he would make sure this worked", and we believed him. Despite the insane complications, we knew that he would take care of the situation. By the end of the day all of the problems were resolved and we were able to move into our new house.

We don't know what we would have done if we were buying independently or didn't have someone like Alex with so much experience taking care of us. He took one of the most chaotic days of our lives and turned it into a day of celebration. We love our house, so thanks Alex and Move Up Realty!
